Located near the exclusive West Lake subdivision, which is approximately 6 miles from the Augusta National, you will be just a short and easy drive away. The home is available during the week of the Masters golf tournament.

Kitchen - Enjoy meals in the large kitchen featuring updated appliances, granite countertops, and tile floors. There is natural lighting in the dining area which looks into the private wooded backyard.
Living room - Watch the tournament in the living room lounging on the reclining leather sofa or extra large reclining chair. There is a 55" HDTV mounted above the gas fireplace. The room also features 5.1 Dolby digital surround sound.
Master bedroom/bath - The master includes a king sized bed, a 47' HDTV, large jetted tub, and a spacious tiled shower. One extra feature you will enjoy is the tv in the bathroom. Don't miss a minute of the tournament. The toilet area is closed off and private. The master bedroom television has a Comcast box with the same channels as in the living room.
Sitting/Computer room - The dining room has been converted into a sitting room with a piano, seating, and computer.
Half-bath - Perfectly located near the front door and living area.
Upstairs our home features three additional bedrooms and one full bathroom:
Bedroom 2 - This room is to the right at the top of the stairs. The room offers a queen sized bed.
Bedroom 3 - To the left at the top of the stairs is a bedroom with a full sized bed.
Bedroom 4 - AKA - "The Man Cave". Our bonus room/bedroom features a large work desk, leather "L" sofa with a full sized pull-out bed with upgraded mattress, and a 50" LG Ultra HD. There is also a Comcast box allowing the same channel line-up as in the living room.
Upstairs Bathroom - Offers double sinks and private toilet/shower area which features a bathtub/shower combo.
Yard - The backyard has a sitting area with metal fire pit as well as a trampoline, if you happen to feel like a kid.
Private Bedroom 5 - Walk down the deck steps and follow the path around to the private 5th bedroom entrance (located under the master bedroom). This bedroom features a pull down queen Murphy bed with upgraded foam mattress and full bathroom. During the other 51 weeks of the year, this is a home office for a speech pathologist.
